End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Synapses Technologies Limited (“Company” or “We”) governing your use of the Synapses Technologies app (“App”) & Synapses Technologies website (“Website”) .
By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.
1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, Synapses Technologies Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. User Content
a. Posting Content: The App allows you to post, share, and upload various types of content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and files.
b. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content, you grant Synapses Technologies Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content in connection with the App.
c. Content Restrictions: You agree not to post, share, or upload any content that:
i. Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity;
ii. Harasses, threatens, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status;
iii. Advocates or incites violence or any illegal activities;
iv. Violates the privacy rights of others or discloses private information without consent;
v. Contains hate speech, discriminatory language, or promotes intolerance;
vi. Infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks;
vii. Promotes or engages in political campaigning or lobbying activities.
3. User Conduct
a. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your use of the App and any content you post.
b. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that violate laws, infringe on the rights of others, or violate the terms of this EULA.
4. Privacy
a. Data Collection: The App may collect and use certain information as described in our Privacy Policy.
b. Public and Private Content: Content you post to public areas of the App will be visible to other users. Content sent through private messaging is only visible to the intended recipient(s).
5. Termination
a. Termination by Company: Synapses Technologies Limited may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for any reason.
b. Termination by User: You may stop using the App at any time.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
a. No Warranty: The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Synapses Technologies Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
b. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Synapses Technologies Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7. Changes to the EULA
Synapses Technologies Limited reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated EULA within the App.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable globally.
