We do not provide refunds upon completion, processing of the payment, access to the website, channels or app, and recurring payments in accordance with the subscription package selected.

If you do not wish to auto-renew your subscription, you must login to your account via our website where you can cancel your subscription renewal or change card details. You can also cancel your subscription by navigating to the Menu within the Telegram Bot. Alternatively, you can email us at Support@SynapsesTechnologies.com and we will do it for you within 24 hours.

All subscription plans are auto-renewed and recharged on a recurring basis in relation to the membership subscription package chosen.

Synapses Technologies Limited holds no liabilities or grace-period for the customers responsibility in ensuring they understand the recurring billing period in relation to the plan they have accepted and paid fo.

Our content is valuable, therefore by acquiring access to our content you are receiving exclusive paid-for content which cannot be refunded.
